Ok, I give up. Where on earth can I get a washout in florida! I'm parked on the toll rd between orlando and leesburg and the closest wash I've been able to find is wildwood.

There's one on us27 about 3 miles north of the pilot. West side of the road. I think its called brads tire or something like that.

I bought a broom at Walmart. That was the closest "washout" I could find without deadheading another 65 miles. Even called around and asked at truckstops.

Gotta do what to you gotta do sometimes! If all you have is pallet debris no one would know if it was swept or washed.

Yes in Wildwood. Also one across the street of the Pilot in Haines City. If you go straight out of the Pilot parking lot and cross over US 27 they'll be on LHS right past Sonny's BBQ. We have an account there. Where are you going next?

Here's a little trick I use.... spend $70 at Wal-Mart or Home Depot and buy a rechargeable leaf blower, the one that uses an 18V battery. Blow the trailer instead of sweeping it. Faster, a hell of a lot easier on the arms and back, and gets all the dust out. I have two batteries. One in use, one on the charger. Works great, and saves tons of time.

Finally got unloaded in Tucson. Realized I really missed living in AZ. They took about 4.5 hrs to unload me though. A dry load of Mikes Hard Lemonade. I picked it up as a swap in Dallas and had to be carded to make sure I wasnt a squid. I guess the shipper knows their reputation. Less than two hours on my 14, so Im going to washout at the TTT, and go make myself fat in their restaurant. If you havent been to TTT along I10 in Tucson, you dont know what you are missing. One of he last mom and pop truck stops with full service fueling....and they clean your windshields. The food at the restaurant is the bombdizzle.
