In Sallisaw, Ok and it looks like I'm about to get hit. Can't tell if it's coming down from HTQ's place or from OKC. Glad I've already eaten and don't have to worry bout getting wet. Truck is really rocking about now!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ought to be an interesting time.

Well, I am back for now and hopefully the worst of it is over. They are saying we had 60 mph winds with this. I know we saw what looked like a section of a metal roof blowing across the field. I have no idea where it came from.
Panhandle, everything ok with you? There are two different systems and I think we are both on the line where they crashed together. It was hard to tell which direction it was coming from. The wind just swirled!
gamma, I am so glad the training has been such a good experience for you.You guys take a good look at the weather, I don't know where you are heading next), they have changed the forecast just this evening. We were supposed to have a bit of rain and temps in the 50's and low 60's .....now they are saying we may get a touch of snow!
jaso, I hope you don't run into any of this. The wind was really something!

A supercell thunderstorm with a history of producing golf ball-sized hail and rotating wall clouds will cross I-35 between Temple and Jarrell, likely passing very near Salado. This storm is capable of producing golf ball-sized hail and 60 MPH winds. Radar and storm spotters have been watching a wall cloud with weak rotation. While a tornado is not imminent, be ready to act in the event rotation tightens up.http://www.texasstormchasers.com/?p=28321 -David

Stuck in Friona. My tandems will not slide. Tried to chock wheels, even got rolling pulled brakes they won't move so someone is on the way. Had to wait on hold for 45 minutes. The pins are not in the holes so I won't roll anywhere like that have to have 3 out of 4 in the holes, learned that on a level 1 in Md. plus anything that cost this company money I am all for.

    Be safe out there
