Got a cobra 29 lx (insert nasty cb joke here). I'm not a big radio guy.

 

Nothin wrong with the Corba 29. I have the U.S. Army edition of the Cobra 29 LTD.

 

I have always had a 29. The one I have now is just a little too old. Mic comes out the side. Should have kept the new classic I had a few years ago.

drloveofdfw, you all mind if I join this thread and ask some questions. I have a choice between one company and JCT. I am pretty torn between the two. One is as a Company driver (good company) and then this. I was an O/O until last month when my truck broke and I sold it. Not sure I will like being a Company guy again although I understand that being an IC is not the full O/O deal until the note is paid off and the title is in your name. Just want to know how you are doing now with JCT since your original post. Thanks

 

Can you get a truck with an automatic? Sorry, if someone has already asked, I am trying to get caught up on your thread.

 

Doubtful. We only have 10 Cascadias and 2 Volvos. But you never know.
