Why do you want a 3126 or 3208 in a Pete or KW, a 3126 is a 210hp straight truck engine, the 3208 is a old 180hp non turbo and 210hp turbo V8 medium duty motor, both 7.x liters displacement.... You mean 3408, yes big beast V8 that would get 3.5mpg on a good day and 2.5 when beating on it....
Get yourself a Pre bridge C15 or 3406E single turbo CAT, drop marine injectors in it,marine cam, stage 5 turbo from MI turbo, fuel temp and boost sensor wires and you have yourself a 1000whp beast. If that dont tickle your fancy you can throw a pittsburg box on it and make another 400hp on top of that. I should have around 950whp in mine, dyno will tell soon # Antrims diesel perhaps in may, I also gasket matched and ported my turbos exhaust housing and exhaust manifold.

Well, at that speed any engine would show awful MPG,driver have to be happy at 2.5-3 MPG and all of that because of air resistance.

Your kidding right? You think that was a real figure i was giving? Anyway, if you get 3mpg running 110+mph plus then i am going to buy a volvo! When your under full power you get 0 mpg.

I mean a 3208 435HP marine grade engine. I would think the HP went up since the engine is not working as hard. Could a marine grade cummins work?
