That particular job was with an O/O hauling crude. Have you hauled crude before?

Pleasanton would probably be Weatherford and Pumpco.

Hey, I've read some posts staying typical starting wages Diann there, but some may be outdated. I read that some like Halliburton street at 14 or 15, but also read that they've had to raise that to get attention. I've heard starting twenty. I put on my applications 18, thinking they could always counter offer to 16 but might as well not undercut myself because in my experience hr is pretty good at that already. Do you think aging 18 is a sweet spot or is it too high without experience?

Honestly, any lower, without housing assistance I'd be better off in my own state lol

Halliburton is weird as hell with there starting pay....if you have your CDL its 15 starting if you have a CDL and degree its 15.50 and anything else just makes it higher. they provide housing for certain departments in odessa but you gotta remember youre gonna work alot of hours last hitch i got 265.5 hours for a 2 week hitch in cement.

Also my friend who works for halliburton is friends with a service leader at allied and he said they have no idea how to do a basic cement job and argues with them everyday about basic things. of course this is just what iv heard and it could be a good company to work for...im personally looking for work myself to get away from halliburton.
