Sam controller faults

    We have a 2010 Freightliner cascadia that has 2 faults on it that we can't find:

    SAM controller
    open 249s264 05

    SA33 SPN521905
    05

    thought it would be a fuse but checked and they are all ok. Any help please, would be very appreciated!

    Your 521905 relates to low beam left headlight-the 05 indicates an open circuit- check bulb and connections etc. Also the next time you see Grape Ape on here, send him a thanks. You could put what I know about a Cascadia and two nickels together and you would have ten cents, but I did find some info Grape Ape had posted previously. Hope that helps.

    Thank you so very much! The low beam headlight, left side was indeed the problem. I will thank Grape Ape if I see him on here. Again thanks!

    I have a 2010 Cascadia throwing a couple of similar codes. SAM Controller Sht Hi 249s254 03 and SAM SA33 SPN 521202 03 any help knowing what they mean is very appreciated. Thank you
