If u don't want to work and sit in ur truck stairing at your empty bank account then it's a great place to work... Or if u like to wear wife beaters and sandals on a location it's the place for you... Other then that I'd avoid it. There the bottom of the barrel... But if you have no experience then u might have to suffer and get 90-180 days of no work to get experience.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread, but has DVT changed their image yet? I just got call from other yesterday. Pay is 25-30% sliding scale based on your group performance, which I find it to be weird. Health/dental/vision are fully paid for by DVT & free shared housing either in Williston, Ross or Watford City. 4 weeks on 2 weeks off working 6 & 1 on those 4 weeks. Day & night shifts are cycled so no one is stuck on either shift. basically she said no set schedule, you are in call. If anyone knows updated info on DVT please let me know.

    Was it because of pay?
