    Hey all,
The headlights on automobiles and trucks seem to be brighter than ever and it seems like are getting brighter and brighter. I'm sure many of you drive at night and have your eyes water like mine while facing people who have left their fog lights on during fog-less evenings/nights.

    How do you deal?
I read somewhere about wearing yellow lense glasses/goggles. Ever heard or done this?

    Thanks

It really doesn't bother me that much to be honest with you.
The Cars/Trucks that won't turn their High Beams off are kind of annoying, but even that won't make my eyes water.

Fog lights really don't bother me at all either.

I guess I'm guilty of one of those trucks who have killer head lights I guess because people always seem to blind me, but in my heart. I can't high beam them back to show that those are my low beams. Only have to use the high beams on really dark roads, and all the guys blinding me on purpose you just try not to look into the light. I use to wear those night vision glasses but think I kept breaking or losing them. I just deal with it. But since you are a rookie and I will say the lights are a whole lot brighter then they were a few years ago. You might want to invest in some of those glasses, but you will get use to it or how to shift your eyes so u don't take the full impact.

    Anti-Reflective Eyeglass Coating
    Many eye care professionals strongly
recommend glasses with an anti-reflective (AR)
coating. This ultra-thin film, made from zircon
and silicon, reduces internal reflections in the
    lenses. Unlike sunglasses or self-darkening
lenses, which block some light, AR-coated
glasses actually transmit more light -- about 8
percent more. This improves vision at night and
helps distinguish fine details during the day.
Highway patrol troopers have reported better
night and day vision and reduced nighttime
glare with AR-coated lenses. These lenses
    may help you too.

Never had my eyes water because of lights. That only happens during Chick flicks, bambi, Red Sovine songs, or when I'm chaining up and hit my thumb on the trailer. Oh yeah I don't watch chick flicks but I heard through the grape vine that may happen. I suggest you get a pair of a big boy pants and stop all that tear jearkin over head lights :)

Developed in the labs at NASA, Eagle Eyes brand was developed for complete sight enhancement. The patented TriLenium Gold lenses work by blocking out 100% of ultraviolet rays. Wear these glasses day and night for driving.

This info does show yellow/gold tint works. Several places to purchase these glasses such as Ebay and Amazon.

I drive a Volvo, so when driving at night I always have my fog lights on.
Volvo low-beams really suck, and I need the extra light to see more than 200 feet in front of me.

I'm sorry if that bothers you, but I have to see where I'm going.
You'll just have to learn to not look at them.

Thanks fellas! I may have read the yellow tint sunglasses somewhere on here in the past few years. I think once I get some benefits I'm going to see if I can order a set of prescription yellow tinted glasses along with the usual glasses. They should be $30-$50 bucks anyways.

I don't know about where you all are but here it seems like there is a lot of vehicles with one bright and one dim headlight.
