In regards to the per diem pay, does that .10cpm that is non-taxable show up on the same check as the other .19cpm, or is it paid separately on like a comdata card or something of that nature?
-

How does Millis handle Road Fees. Such as Tolls, Scales, Lumpers (if they are used) and Truck Washes. Does the driver pay and get reimbursed, or does Millis have accounts set up?
Thanks as always ... -
Most tolls (IL, IN, OH, PA, NY) are all pre pass and you don't pay. Only tolls Ive ever paid is in Oklahoma when headed west or southwest and Millis will reimburse them. Lumpers are paid using com checks that are given to you by the company. You are allowed 1 truck wash a month on Millis. Anything past that you pay for and it's non-reimbursable.tntim Thanks this.

I was going through the paperwork I got via email, and in the list of things to bring it included "Your CDL license or learner's permit (etc.) with NO restrictions."
I wear glasses and have to have them to drive. Does this disqualify me for the training?Ga Dawg141 Thanks this.
