Besides, there can be only one quitter on this site and that is me. I quit because I could, my wife got a job and I have a BS in Electrical Engineering plus about 30 years of experience in that field, so I had something to ball back on but usually if you have nothing to fall back on quitting is a bad idea.

Some of the instructors at my truck driving school behaved kind of like you (the op) are describing. If you realize you are not in the Army, you can kind of just laugh at it, I mean really what can they do to you? And you know what, their attitude made it real easy to pass the brake, truck inspection, and drive test at the DMV. AFter being scared to death of those guys the DMV was like a vacation. It was around Christmas time when I graduated, so I went out and spent $125 of Starbuck gift cards and gave them all one in gratitude.... I appreciated what they did for me even though at the time I was not happy. You might not know it but there could be a method to their madness.

so far i currently hold the title cuz im the latest one to quit. it wasnt cdl school but the company's prehire training that i left from. the trainers acted like ##### the first day and thought they were cool. the place was a ##### hole and i had a bad feeling the first day i was there. so on the morning of the 3rd day, i showed them who was cooler. in the end, i may be a quitter but i know what i want.

2 of the instructors are fresh graduates which I think Is insane, If a guy started the 6 weeker in November and graduated in jan how does he have better knowledge than me? I don't get it. I have similar stories. Instructors laugh at us, and that is just F'ed up. We are noobs and that is why we are their, to learn. I've seen many students walk off the site mid day cursing and IDK people, I'm just their to get my license as quick as possible and get out. I aint going to quit
