Would someone post the various tolls for an 18 going from Wash. D.C. to Groton CT. I have not been up there in about 15yrs. I need to know what the tolls have climbed to. If I remember it would be (MD. on 95), (Delaware Memorial bridge), (NJ turnpike), (GW or the Tappan Zee), (87 from Suffern NY east), (toll barriers on 95 above the CrossBronx), and any that I may have missed. Thanks

Groton CT is way up the coast, why even go near the TZ Bridge, 695, 83N, 81N, 84E into CT then Route 34 or Rte 8 down to 95N. The only toll is the Newburgh Beacon Bridge which is $15 for a 5 axle if I remember right. Much less tolls this way and less traffic, the miles are a little higher but you will more than make it up in the $100 plus you save in tolls plus hours of traffic delay.

Seems like it was 12.75 last time I went through there, which was a year or so ago so it may have went up? I gave them a $20 and they gave me back 7 gold dollars and a quarter. Still have those gold dollars!lol

Best way is across 78 to 287 cross tapped zee to 95N. The way you suggested isn't bad but more miles that this way just to save maybe $20. And tapped zee does have discount with ezpass, on my statements it ranges from like $19 to $25 or something around there. Depends what time you're driving through, on peak or off peak, there's a price difference

I think 84 is too far north and out of the way to justify taking it into CT. Years ago it was extremely rough. I don't know if it is still that way. Running at night would help the traffic situation. I will the miles to check it out. Again, thanks everyone.
