Crete starts at .35
Averitt starts at .37

gotta do the research
no way I'd start at .25
drive 100k miles for 25 grand?
not worth it, I don't care how fancy the trucks are.

its actually on they website that the start there student drivers off at .25 a mile, a little research will save alot of time n money on the driver behalf

 

Everyone, I hope you realize this is .25 per mile on team miles not solo. I run team for Covenant and we get a little more than that. In essence, I make over .50 per mile on half the miles my wife and I run. That's a lot more than the solo pay you show in the posts above. Please quit telling the new guys such bad information when they want to join a team operation. Big difference in pay between teams and solos. Way more for teams.

 

Crst pays each driver .125 for the total miles, .25 is the what each driver gets for their share of the total miles. No way in hell crst pays drivers 50cpm lol

 

That's those "free training" deals, not really "free" at all, and the value (ha ha) of that training is included in the advertising boosting the first year earnings rate by about 20k per year.

Seems like a great deal for the desperate or uninformed - like lease scam deals.

Always better to get the CDL training done on your own dime, or state employment program if possible - and you'll recoup that expense faster with better outfits.

 

Wow they finally got away from the .22cpm. When I left them. I went solo for Rocor for .20cpm with 4 months experience, and these crybabies say they can't make it on .25. As Joseph would say. You got to learn how to work kid

 

Rocor ? lol...didnt they shut down in the 90s ? 98/99 something like that..

 

I agree if you run 6,000 miles per week that is $1,500.00 before taxes how much more would you want?
