Railroad Crossing Alert

Please turn in your CDL.

 

On the TND under Preferences/General/My Custom POI's - It does have a listing for RR crossings. If you have LTM maps and have updated you should see this.

If you click on RR Crossings you can vary the distance and several other options.

If you have visual set up, you will get a yellow/orange warning at the bottom of the map screen.

As far as a sound other than a voice, it has been send up to RM to consider as a feature.

You obviously don't pull Hazmat very much. Certain Hazmat's are allowed in tunnels while others aren't. that question is very useful (although you should still follow signs and not the GPS)

 

Thats for low ground clearance railroad tracks. Not all railroad tracks.

 

There is a Low Clearance and a RR crossing.

Mine only says low ground clearance rr tacks. Ive only heard it tell me when im near an obvious high rr crossing. And I do have it turned on. Ill take a pic and post it tomorrow if I remember.
