Well I have finally gotten my stress test results and am now getting to start with Swift on Monday. Truly excited and really looking forward to beginning this new chapter. I was at orientation a week or so ago and had to return home for the stress test but everything was fine and so now will start. Must say that when I was at the orientation everyone was extremely nice. This includes everyone working for the terminal and also the Swift drivers that happened to be there. Sure this will be a good company.
Finally getting to start.

That's great man, I think I remember reading some of your other threads and posts and it seems like you've been preparing for a while if I am not mistaken. Welcome to Swift, I have not been lied to and everyone I have dealt with company wise have been helpful. Are you going van or coming over to the real deal, flatbed?
-
Definitely going flatbed. Have always wanted to drive them and am fortunate enough to find out Swift trains in flatbed. Have driven vans a few years back and have nothing against that type, just really looking forward to flatbed. Hope I see you out there some time.

Congrats and good luck!

Thanks. Wishing you the same.

Just look for an Atlanta Braves hard hat and there I will be
. Are you going through Greer to wrap up orientation and Phase I? If so, I will be there Monday as I parked my truck there with nine minutes to go on my clock last night. Home for the weekend.
-
I will be there Monday morning also. Hopefully I will get to meet you. Enjoy your weekend.

Break a leg.

Shutting down for now. We are having some really nasty thunderstorms. Good luck to everyone and hope to get the chance to meet.

are all you boys doing the indentured servitude for a year, or any of you already have your CDL?
