Research, Research, Research. Find a driver talk with him/her and ( research more ) It's the year 2014, Practically everything is public. Ask the interviewer with open ended questions after he/she asked you open ended questions, It's a 2 way street. He/she gets personal... answer and follow up with the same tactic.

Hint: Interviewers love talking about them self / company and dress for the job. Most of the time they read back your application explain yourself and don't forget it's a 2 way street. if he/she ask why did you do this or that, ask them what would be their opinion.Pretend that you give a crap of their opinion monday morning quartering back your situation.
