I guess for me it would be a lil freedom and money. I haul dry van and Refer. In last year I lost my home and all my stuff so home is my truck. I have relatives on both coast.

I have worked for big and small companies both. I hated being a number at the big companies and missing any real benefits when at the small companies. My suggestion is to find a mid-sized (150-ish) company that is big enough to offer benefits and still small enough to know you. But as someone else pointed out, it is a personal decision that will change over your career. It all depends on what you are looking for at that time. Myself, right now, it is decent pay... better benefits... and the best home time! Good luck in your search!

Thanks for that. you have a good point. nothing worse then feeling like a #. If you feel like your at home or with friends sure makes job easier.
