Well, I got the call, heading out for Lebanon come Sunday, be checking in that night for Monday Orientation. Nervous.

 

yes I believe so. Climb up like into a trailer. Squat under. weights to waist then smaller weight to overhead to simulate onboarding your stuff. umm, a push and a pull exercise. Check heartrate after each exercise.


IMPORTANT!!!!!! Remember to breathe as normally as possible during and in between. Guys forget to breathe or breathe harder than needed and heart rate shoots up and disqualifies.

 

Eddy, are you and the Silver Surfer bonding, or are you enroute to Dr. Phil and/or Oprah??

Guess he's holed up somewhere blubbering gibberish. Or maybe a lot lizard got him. Or Jill routed him to Hawaii. Or he really did go on Dr Phil and we missed it because we were making the big bucks instead of watching daytime tv...

 

You may miss day time tv, but I'm running in the right hand seat. I NEVER miss Dr Phil, Maury, or any of my Stories.

 

Having never watched daytime tv, I dunno if there's anything TO miss!

Not yet, but I know who the baby daddy is and isn't and I on the edge of my seat to see if Dr Drake Ramora will come out of his coma.
