Thanks for your help in advance. My wife and I are thinking about entering schneiders training program and driving for them as a team. We realize that there is an 18 month commitment to them for paying for our training. Our questions are what can we expect for pay during training. Im sure it was for a lot of people, as it is for us to quit our jobs and gamble on passing this course to become drivers. Any help and/or advice would be qreatly appreciated

Originally I started with Schneider's training program with my boyfriend. They had an attractive package they had all expenses paid including the hotel, and 2 meals a day (though if you knew who to talk to you could get a few extra bits to cover the 3rd meal). They effectively got us through CDL Permit test with 1 days prep. What I didn't like about Schneider was their pet policy. They would not even let me bring my service dog to the hotel, despite the fact the hotel itself allowed pets. Also their guest visiting policy was the final straw. I have a young son whom came to visit me at the hotel while we were there and they had such a big issue with this visit I wound up walking away from them. As long as you don't have friends/family/or a pet that you might want to visit you at the hotel you should be fine.
