No way to really put a trip on hold. You can add the truck stop as a Via or turn the recalculation to Manual (Preferences/General/route). This will basically keep the same routing when you pull off to an unplanned stop in your route. Note - turning the unit off and on again, it may pick a different route that the one you were on.
You can normally build a trip and if you add via points, go to Choose destination/Multi-Stop trips/Current trip and do a Save As and save it to another folder. Then when you turn the unit off/on, go back to the same screen and pick your trip folder. Do a Start Trip from this folder and then modify the current trip folder for the locations you do not need anymore.
Thanks,
Mark

Any chance of having the dock software loaded onto a storage medium, cd or flash drive, and shipped to my house, if I paid for the service?

PM me your address. I did a Save As on the installer and it is only about 15.6 mb. Part of the space needed for the installer will be a backup of your TND which is about 3.5 gb...
Do you have LTM's?
Thanks,
Mark -
Thank you Mark
Question though, LTM's ? Not really computer literate.

15MB is ignorable, you'll move more data than that watching YouTube.

Dock software request. This is post #7 , maybe I can send a PM now
Thanks

Part of the issue being once the installer runs it will draw more files from the Dock Server.
I will send you the installer, but suggest you contact your service provider and see what the cost is for going over your limit. Usually if you have a Data Plan they will charge your $x per GB over.
Thanks,
Mark -
Thanks Mark. Yes $ 10 dollars a GB, which is why I was reluctant about downloading dock software, trying to limit my use of the data plan. About the LTM's , This is the bossmans GPS installed in the truck I am driving, and I have no idea whether the units came with the LTM's .
