Check out the light Greek yogurt as well. The Light and Lively is 80cal per 5.3oz cup with 6-7g sugar and 12-14g protein.

It comes in plenty of flavors and avg $1/serving.

i've been juicing for a couple years now, it's a good idea but lately i'm just using a blender... much easier to clean and deal with. My current fav is Kale, sometimes Spinach and a Bananana-na. Quick and easy

We cook on an iron skillet, very healthy high protein meals. We keep weights and resistant bands in our truck for workouts and spend time walking while we r getting loaded and unloaded.

Wondering: What do you munch on throughout the day? And how often? 3hrs or what?

Our meals are very two to three hours apart. Breakfast is oatmeal with almonds and raisins, or egg whites and turkey bacon which I cook in an electric skillet in our truck. String cheese and apple are good snacks, nuts, peanut butter on whole grain breads, veggies are good, whole wheat pita chips, lean turkey lunch meat, lunch is usually healthy sandwhiches. You can snack on low carb protein bars. We also do protein shakes. We cook turkey burgers, chicken breasts, lean steak, 93/7 ground beef, for good carbs we have sweet potatoes or brown rice. You can do it......just plan your meals and try to prepare them prior to driving. Berries and granola are great snacks too and yogurt is awesome! Low fat cottage cheese and beef jerkey is good but a little pricey. Just think high protein good carbs and lots of water.

So then roughly 4-6 meals a day and if so,what are the serving sizes? Is their a (pardon the pun) one size fits all? Have you ever calculated how many calories you consume in a day? (Generally)

Never really calculated it but if you need to lose weight, try to lose 2 pounds a week. That's the healthy way to do it, aim for around 10 lbs a month. One size doesn't fit all. We all have different body types and store fat differently. Small meals every two to three hours will show great improvement. And make sure you exercise every chance you get! You will feel great!!!

I understand the exercise part. I learned at a young age there is no better "high" than an endorphin high-whether that be from working out or working hard. It's the losing weight part I'm struggling with and looking for new ideas. I used to be able to drop 30-40lbs almost at will but now-not so much..

It's a brave(?) new World when one tops the middle-aged mountain it seems. Thanx for your advice and info!! :)
