    lane restrictions should go

but as long as you got these pompous truck drivers who think they can get their best fuel mileage in the left lane doing 55mph, no one wants truck drivers in the left lane

richmond virgiinia lets drivers run the left lane thru town, and who holds up traffic? truck drivers in the left lane

    Cowmobile Thanks this.

So, you think that by raising the speed limit 5mph is going to encourage people to run 90?? I highly doubt it, if someone wants to run 90 they're gonna do it whether the speed limit is 70 or 75.. I run the 75 mph states regularly and I have found that the biggest majority of people are under 80, sure, there are some running 85+ but, again, they would do it no matter what the limit is...
Not everyone who runs faster than 65 is reckless and dangerous,(typical mega co. Brainwashing) just because you can't handle it doesn't mean that no one can, your average mouth breather right out of school driving a (insert mega co. Name) truck is much more dangerous...
Lastly, I don't care how slow you drive as long as you stay in the right lane where you belong, while you're slow and steady, and sitting in stinky truck stops, I've blown your doors off, unloaded, and reloaded and headed back to a hot blonde and a cold beer waiting for me.... Hope that few extra dollars at the end of the year are worth it....

The guys doing 55 trying to get the best fuel mileage are in the right lane, it's the mega fleets, the container haulers and the ones who can't speak English with their cell phones stuck in their ears are the ones stuck in the center lane and won't move even after 20 trucks have passed them on the right.

there are no accidents at 55 mph

no one gets killed at 55

OHIO cops protested against raising the truck speed to 65mph, forewarned of dead babies everywhere

they were so wrong that OH went up to 70mph

drove thru the buckeye a few days back, nothing more relaxing than driving and not focused on whether you are doing 55 and barney is waiting for you to drive 60

i dont particularly care of the speed limit goes to 75, rarely do i drive that fast, however, the credibility of cops is zero because speeding tickets is their main source of revenue
