The thunderstorm I just drove thru on I - 39 - I - 90 was just wow. I have never had rain completly blind me like that I am lucky I grabbed the left lane otherwise I mightve hit someone with the way people slammed on the breaks. Honestly people why the #### would your first response to no visibilty be to hit the breaks hard. Whats going to suck is getting my qualcomm fixed judging from how for a second everything seemed like broad daylight, #### things completly dead. On the bright side of things paper logs wooooooo.

Be careful with the paper. That's only for LEO should they want to see your logs while Qualcomm is down. When it comes back up, it will update and needs to match the paper.
-
I am a leo. It came back on but shut down as soon as it did. Somethngs messed up.
-
Its back on but it cant connect to anything. I also now have a hos violation. Because it had me on driving this whole time. Stupid pos I am going to just pull the whole thing out they can have their quallcomm back. Lease didnt say I had to have a quallcomm on board anyways. I can run paper.

I have decided to share a story about one of your fellow Swiftral's with you. I'm currently sitting at the Pilot in Tumwater, WA doing a reset. Got Here around 1700 yesterday and found a spot in the back between a Swiftral and a Werner Flatbed.
The driver seat of the Swiftral was occupied by a douchey looking chap with a mangy man beard, see thru wife beater, half smoked sig behind his ear, and sagging pants showing his silk boxers(I know this from when they get out of the truck later). In the passenger seat is a semi attractive chubby chick wearing a tank top and covered about 80% in tat's.
Well about 20 minutes after I park I'm up front listening to some satellite radio when they abruptly close there curtains. Their white Cascadia then commences to rocking. I don't mean a slight sway like you might see when the wind is a little gusty. I mean it was rocking violently side to side. It was so noticeable that a Covenant driver parked across from where I am at had to wake up his co-driver to show him.
Next to him was an older fellow, appeared to be pujabi, I could only imagine he was thinking, "Oh dear, the white trash is bumping the uglies."
Douchnozzle and the trailer park queen didn't last long, 5 minutes top, 30 seconds later they are out of the truck and off to the building for some post exercise munchies. -
Ugh *shivers* I can picture that uggghhh. Man i was about to eat but I lost my appetite thanks to that. Brings a whole new meaning to freightshaker I suppose.

Glad to be of service.

Dude, it has been like that all night in NE Illinois, I just got home and drove thru it in my car on nothing but back/county roads, I couldnt see anything, thankfully I could slightly see the reflectors in the middle of the road, some scary stuff.
-
I had that happen in Texas, went form sunny day to raining like a cow peeing on a flat rock, and everyone just stopped. Middle of the highway. I nearly ran 2 people over. I was so annoyed.
-
That would be an on the job injury, you can report it to worker's comp, although now that it's been a few days, they'll probably complain.
