Not sure but he runs dedicated so it's probably N Chicago and back or Plaquemine La and back. My guess would be around the Chicago area given our corporate headquarters.

You would think. Thanks for the heads up. Not that you can really drive all that fast and crazy with the nutless trucks we have...

That's not the same thing. Those videos were shot by one guy who has an ax to grind. He lives in Atlanta a films around the 285 loop.
This is different. The company contracts with a company that follows drivers and sends in reports on how they drive. You won't find videos on Youtube. If you get written up you will have to sign off on it at your terminal. -
My Bad, Sorry

I've done so much searching it becomes a jumble.

I asked the safety guy about this in our meeting last Saturday and he said Superior does not have a contract with any company to monitor our driving. He said there are companies out there constantly watching (all companies, not just ours) and if they see unsafe driving they will report it to the company. He also said that it is a job requirement of Superior employees like terminal managers, safety people, etc. to monitor our driving if they happen to be out on the road and see one of us driving. They are suppose to observe us for a few miles and if any unsafe driving is observed it would be reported to our terminal manager. But they don't go our of their way to track us down just to watch us.

When I drove for TWT we had stickers with 1-800 numbers asking drivers to comment on my driving. Most of the complaints were from other truckers for something not worthy of complaint. The times I did just about pull into a lane on top of a car in my blind spot I never got complaints from those you expected to call in. I had a few call ins for being a "nice" driver for letting folks into the inside lane. Im glad we don't have those stickers they cause as many problems as they solve. If you ever want to have some fun with a TWT driver just call in his truck number & tell them he's driving like a wild man. He is guilty of what ever you want to say & will spend alot of wasted time explaining. I would have invested in a dash mount video camera if I stayed with them. That would have covered you in other drivers failing to yield on entry which was a large portion of others truckers complaints.
