gotcha, I've seen 'em done, not high enough level myself to get one yet but the ones I've seen did require a three axle trailer

Just to tag on to Mystikal's post, as I do the same exact thing, except one when needing to send a fax back, I use an app called Handy Scanner to make a photo of anything into a PDF file and email it to my DM. I do this for all Breakdown, layover pay situations. If they need a copy of the BOL before I send it in, etc.

    AZS Thanks this.

Appears they're heavy enough to require a 3 axle trailer like AZS stated.

Trying to find out some info on Lone Star. I was wondering what the rider policy is and if they have APU's? (If no APU), do they let you idle when it's hot? Where do you guys go? All 48 or just Texas?

They are all 48 and Canada.. although during the winter months I spent a majority of my time in the Midwest.. and westcoast seems to be few and far between. Being in Bedford you should be able to get through the house. I parked at the yard on the weekends I would get through and head home. My DM never had a problem with it.. just deliver on time. I was in a longnose 379 but they were converting the fleet to trucks with APU's. I never had a problem with idling when I needed to, however. Last summer I don't believe I turned the truck off much.. but I used common sense and didn't idle when I didn't have to either. I could handle up to 75 before I chose to idle.. and I had a bunk heater.

In Gainesville at the moment. Had to do a random and get some work done to my truck. Couple of fairings that were cracked by rubber on the road.

My month was going really good until now. I was on a load to El Paso when they detoured me. Would've had 5550 miles since the 1st. No worries though, just got informed my next load is about 2800 miles going to Edmonton, Alberta.

I understand now why they upped the referral bonus. There's about a dozen trucks waiting for a driver.

It's a two stopper. First going to Tukwila, WA outside of Seattle. I've got 2 CAT backhoes. I made it to Green River, UT tonight. Hoping to get passed Boise tomorrow. Then do a reset as the first one doesn't deliver until Tuesday. I'll be approaching my 6th day of driving Sunday, so Canada would have a fit and why not do it around Seattle? Never been to the sky needle.
