I think everyone here wants to know what company that hires inexperienced drivers, in their area, with the kind of equipment they want to drive, doesn't have most of the above qualities, :biggrin_25525:

Sounds like you know a ton and I'm glad you based your decision off a web page, seriously.
i have to disagree with your statement although I'm sure you and your "spidey sense" feel other wise I actually work for Roehl and have been here for long enough to know that your statement there is very incorrect. My fm hardly ever calls me, EVER. I'm lucky to hear from the guy 3 times in my month of being out.. Same goes for night and weekend dispatch.
My last trip out 9 outta 10 times I had a pre plan the day before I made my drop. The average length of my load was 600-1100+ with very little time for error. They've always kept me busy and are all nice people. Remember we are talking about a good beginner company, so I'll be the first to say that it's not perfect, but please let us know where your at because I'm sure your spidey sense didn't lead you wrong, and your at the perfect trucking company.. Until then you should probably reconsider making statements that are false. Roehl is a great place to start and they've been very fair to me, when my truck had problems instead of waiting, they put me in a brand new 2014. So I will stay here to get my needed exp level to move on to something better, but until then I will enjoy my time here.

Exactly I believe you could work for swift and just NOT complain, take EVERY load without saying anything, NOT be late, NOT stop at every truck stop. And you could get the miles, it's people that complain because they're lazy and expect the truck to drive itself while they fart around truck stops complaining about company's. It's simple, just do your job RIGHT and I'm sure you will be recognized as being a good driver and you will get the good trips and them getting you home on time. Keep your ears and eyes open and your mouth shut and do your job!
