Toyota needs good press, them I'll give them some, bought a 2010 Toyota December, a 4 door 4 wheel drive pickup, not had a single problem with it, got a bit over 35,000 miles, also have a 201 Toyota Camry, bought it with 87,000, got over 100,000 now, not a singe problem with it.

    Amazing they escaped this incident.

That Jaguar on April 18, no escape for him, that Yellow Freight truck did that Jaguar in.

Always will blame on truck deiver :(
I know a case where car changed the lane and end up under the truck,
the driver was an old lady that was so drunk :( Thank you God that they are alive!!!

It's not like the frame took an impact. I believe any car would have similar damage. All that got hit was above the door.

I wonder if the Toyota is one that shot around to pass on the right? A little white car with a white concrete background. I double check my lane changes but if it happens this would be the scenario where it would be most likely to happen with a quick glance by the truck driver. That's why I like the fish eye mirrors. They can see them little go carts shooting around. If that's the case the truck driver probably got cited for an improper lane change when the Toyota should of got cited for illegal passing.

I almost registered to reply to the moron comment on there but registration wanted too much information for me.

If you will read my post you will find I did not blame no one, I did say that the Truck may have changed lanes, & that does happen to some truck drivers.

One thing for sure, in the picture the truck is not leaving very much space for the car!

Back in the 70's on I-30 South of Malvern, Arkansas I witnessed a truck move from the right lane to the left lane taking out a motorcycle, it killed them motorcycle rider. I was driving a truck & was about 4 to 5,000 feet behind this incident, couldn't believe what I saw.

Sometimes it's the truck driver at fault. It is what it is. If the truck driver changed lanes without looking....then yes. It's his fault.
