Pilot Logistics

Hello everyone. Went today to a job fair out of San Antonio was alright. I have 1year exp hauling water. After I left few hours they called me from Pilot logistics with offer out of Jordanton 20 hr. haven't really heard much of them.

Saw a older thread here but really not much. Does anyone work for them or has in past? Any info good and bad is welcome I know there is always both with most companies. Mostly worried about the hours don't wanna have too much ups and downs. My old job was pretty steady but they don't bring pay up. What about benefits? Per diem? Didn't get much info was busy trying to hit as many booths up. Thanks.

 

Was last minute for me would have posted here had known bout it earlier. Was a lot of people. Was at Norris conference center most there to see Chesapeake Energy and Eagle one but those 2 were saying 2 years exp loud and clear.

Got 2 more calls from other companies from job fair, Green Energy and Reynolds , but Pilot was more appealing to me not sure why.

Went to Sanjel today they said to go back tomarrow they have job fair in cibolo 9 am, 11 am, 1 pm 3 pm if anyone interested. Not sure what to do was gonna take vacay to Mexico to chill a few weeks

 

Green was offering 19 hr with my one year exp but said may be 20 I know for 2 yr exp the pay was 22 or 23. Reynolds was percentage based 23% I beleive

 

Reynolds is crude. Green I think is alternative gas, didnt talk much to him today as was driving gonna call back tomarrow
