Too Many Companies Offer Back-round Checkes On People For Employment. In A Cost Cutting Effort By Employers They Save Money By Not Having A Staff And Is Inexpensive Just To Hire An Outside Company.
The Trouble With The Applicant Is They No Nothing Of The Information Provided By These Companies And Sometimes Not Even The Reporting Agencey. They Only Know That They Were Not Hired. Out Of Work They Have A Hard Time Finding Out And With No Income It Becomes Expensive. This Is Were The Dac Reports Comes In.
By A New Law The Transportation Company Should Submit In Writing What Information Is Being Sent To Dac And Give The Ex-driver A 30 Day Period To Respone. If The Driver Does Not Respone Then The Report Will Be Sent In AS Is. If The Information Is False Then The Driver Can Dispute The Information In Writing Wich Will Show In The Dac Report.
Under Our Laws We Have A Leagle Right To Protection Of Slander And Mis-information That Effects Us. The Dac Report Takes This Away By Posting Information Before We Have A Right To Fight It. IN ANY COURT OF THIS COUNTRY WE STILL HAVE THE RIGHT TO DEFEND MIS-LEADING AND FALSE INFORMATION THAT WOULD EFFECT OUR LIVES.
