I would not call hogan a great company I know that cause that is who I work for.

 

29 CPM and your raise to 30CPM for 1 year experience?

don't know of anybody that offers less pay for 1 year experience

 

I have a buddy that does the same thing fore $.24 p/m so I feel lucky. I only had 4 mths exp when I got on at Hogan.

 

My trailer got tagged by one of their drivers while waiting to cancel a work order at the repair shop at that Petro about 50 miles from Texas on I-30. The guy had only had his CDL about 2 weeks and was on day 2 of driving for Hogan. I am guessing they just say you have a CDL, here's your truck, here's your load, go!

 

What a joke.Hogan took over our company in june/13.They cut our stop pay,reduced our holidays,and holiday pay,always shorted on my milage,and tried not to pay for hours working but not driving.Had to fight everyweek to get paid what I should have been paid......been driving for 28yrs and Hogan is the worst company I have ever worked for.Great company..LOL

They are offering a dollar general account out of my area now. Driver unload. 5 days on 2 days off. Average $1300-$1400 per week gross and a $3000 sign on bonus. Supposed to be a dedicated run so doesnt sound 2 bad to me!! I know im asking for trouble with this question on this forum but...Any thoughts?
