Never heard of a follicle tests where roots are tested. Every hair test I've taken they just cut my hair.bergy Thanks this.

Well, there I go ASSUMING. lol. Shows how little I know about drug testing.
-
I believe Washington state is using blood tests for THC to determine impairment. I don't think it's quite perfect yet, though.

hi n3ss, I'm not too sure about blood tests, as I think that conflicts with certain religions about giving up blood. And for the record, hair test only shows several months back, I don't think it goes back to kindergarten. And I've said it before and I'll say it again, if I had to give up a hair for a test, I get to say where that hair comes from, right after a pepperoni pizza and 2 bean enchiladas
-
Ya know though, I don't worry about drug testing. Test me all you want. I will be clean. If I come up hot someone spiked my punch.

There is a saliva test that detects use within the last few hours.

Yes you can but ...
the problem is your CDL and the card, if YOU HAVE a card, that means you have pain that is controlled by using cannabis and if this is the case, you shouldn't be allowed to drive a car, let alone a truck.
It doesn't matter if you use, the problem is that the card is supposed to be issued for pain by a doctor who you are supposed to be under their care and if you don't use it, then it is a fraudulent reason for having it.Cranky Yankee Thanks this. -
there is one american left with more common sense then not thank you

I was agreeing with you until you said that stupid remark that I highlighted. I am not saying that stoned drivers are safe on the road or that it should be legal. That would be insane. I am simpy comparing the two drugs to each other. Both are unsafe to drive under the influence, but they are two different drugs that have very different affects.
Drunk Drivers are more dangerous than Stoned Drivers.
