NE Regional drivers how much do you make a week after taxes? What company do you work for? I'm with Western Express first year of driving and am only making $450-$500 a week after taxes. Im running like 400 miles a day when im not held at the shipper. Is this the norm for new drivers? Is this low pay?

That's low, poverty wage if you live in Brooklyn. I made $700 or better a week training for my CDL, on the job for a foodservice company. Unfortunately, it is probably on par for an OTR starter company like Western Express.
Get your year experience, and start looking. You can do better. -
im only 3 weeks into NE regional with Roehl.
avg so far around $750-800zoekatya Thanks this. -
Are you talking north east?
-
Oh wow that's pretty good. Do you get home a day and a half a week?
-

What food service companies would you recommended working for? Dedicated is okay. Have you heard anything good about Rose or US Foods?

about a day and a half a week, it was home midday Saturday out Monday AM the last couple....no reset....spoke to FM and we agreed that home at some point Friday out sunday night to stage is the ideal.
course I wont find out for a couple weeks now, stayin out this week till the 8th so I will have no issues getting home for tooth extraction on the 9th...yay!
every time but once (Brattleboro,VT) Ive delivered to a food warehouse I wait for HOURS as the company pays hundreds of $$$$ to the "lumpers" (who, mostly, are working for either the food co. or a large lumper co. so they make nuthin')
ill wash dishes before id ever work for one of those outfits
