Check engine plus derate engine

    I have a 3406e 2ws. And while driving my check engine light will come on and my engine will derate to about 1500 rpm. Oil and temp gauges show everything is good but I noticed when my water temp gauge gets close to 200 it does this. If I run the engine fan I don't have a problem. I leaning towards the coolant temp sensor. Any other suggestions?

    run your flash codes and see what it gives you. turn key on hold cruise set until it starts blinking. Count blinks...pause count blinks. It will be a two number code.

    Came up with code 46. I replaced the oil psi sensor and seems to be running fine now. That's for y'all help.
