Preplanned to pu lumber. Philadelphia, ms and del in Hamilton, oh. 0630 Tuesday am. Straight thru the house. 1500 pu appointment but dunno how flexible shipper is with their appointment times. It's about an hour away and 10 hr break isn't over til 0915. Will call them before rolling out of here so as to not start the elog and then sit 5 hours before they let us scale in. No complaints. Load goes straight up past the house within a mile of it. Good for keeping the pfp Oor (out of route) percentage down. Hope everyone has a safe happy memorial memorial day weekend. Thanks/ rememberances to those who've served and sacrificed it all. You are remembered.

Hey guys, if all goes well i will be going for my CDL in about 3 weeks and Mavericks is one of the companies I been looking at due to Flatbeds since that is what i would like to drive. Now my main question would be if anyone can inform me, do they hire out of Florida ? I'm unable to contact a recruiter till Tuesday i believe and I was just wondering. Also was the the average amount of miles you do a week with the cpm ? Thank you very much for your time.

    JimTheHut Thanks this.

unfornately, I can't move to Florida and I'm in flatbed division. I am 99% sure they will not hire in fb division out of Florida. On multiple occasions with multiple people I've given address in Pensacola, Milton, and Gulf Breeze that got no no no answers from everyone. That being said, there could be other opportunities with Maverick. Contact a recruiter and let me know what they say...thanks

Trying to contact Maverick to get them to call Averitt and verify my employment dates. I put the wrong month down on my application so it's showing that I don't have a month solo to qualify with Averitt for. Is there a better way to get this information from them other than contacting my former Maverick recruiter?

Got to leave Little Rock yesterday. Heading out with my driver trainer Monday morning. Orientation and securement training was quite informative. The real training/learning starts Monday morning. I'm proud to wear this Maverick hat. Lol. Had some great trainers in LR by the way.
