Con-way, US Xpress, or JB Hunt?

    After 3 months OTR, my teammmate and I are leaving our current company.

    Shall we do Con-way, .45cpm?
    US Xpress, .44 cpm, $150 tuition reimbursement, $8000 sign on
    JB Hunt, solo, $2500 sign on .40 cpm

    NOT USX. If a company offers an 8000 sign on they obviously cant keep their trucks filled. Theres a reason for that. I drove for uSX's cousin...Arnold. They suck. Not enough miles, short runs, poor maintenance on equipment.

    I've heard good things about con-way. JB hunt sucks to.

    I wouldn't recommend US Xpress if your a solo driver.
