cooking in the truck

    That would be around 12 eggs, 18 sausages, 6 avocados and 6-12" tortillas (equal to about half a loaf of bread). Not to mention cheese and salsa verde.

    You really miss that Flying J buffet, don't you?

    sounds great why don't you throw a few of your favourites out there hand maybe it will be a new dish for some .

    Precooked Jimmy Dean sausage links. Fresh eggs scrambled in.
    Browned sausage over a Burton butane cooker (The one from Petro).

    Not really.......I DO miss the all you can eat BLT's at the seediest, Waffle Houses though! mmmmmmm yummy

    Is anyone using one of those personal blenders on the road? I'm contemplating doing that when I get out on the road, how is it working out for those of you who use one?

    How would you clean it?
    I find it kind of embarrassing and inconsiderate of others when I see drivers doing their dishes in bathroom sinks.
