In search of Real Talk

hi, i dont know where to start . i got my cdl A 05/24/2014 . i have applied to tmc , melton ,schnider, jb hunt and some other . i have 4 accident in last 5 years . one of them was not my fault . some companies called me and i told them when i graduated n all . now my question is which steps should i take ? should i call them , is it ok if i calle them more then once . how long does it take to get into orientation for most companies ? if somebody can give me some answer please . i really want to get into the trucking . this is the only good decision i took in 8 years of usa life . i m sorry for my grammar

 

it surely maybe hard to get on with a company that will accept you with your bad record .but keep trying you never know ..just mention your accident upfront cuz am sure they are still in your record and see what they say because if you hide it and they find about them they will just send you home ..

if you want flatbed then go with TMC...
