covering exhaust or stack on equipment ?

Nope...just nope.

 

Funny thing is where I lded. at in Kernersville Fri. behind the Deere plant, I was told remember to tape your stack.

 

i thought i was the only one that did that. i liked starting our old d7 dozer with the bucket on it too. soup can on the pony motor 5 gallon bucket on the exhaust

 

Loaded at agco yesterday.
Bol says 'all vertical exhaust must be taped and must remain taped during transport'
Kid was up there taping it before I could even check my gauges....

Yep i haven't loaded there in a couple of years but they used to stamp it right on the bill and I forget her name would walk out and check that you did it.

 

The wind blowing across the pipe opening will create a vacume. Next time you have a drink with a straw blow across the top of the straw and the liquid will start to rise up about out of the straw. I can see it easily spinning a turbo.

Rodents love spinning wheels.
