I sure don't mean to sound like I know about this - I'm a wannabe right now. From reading here though, it sounds like weight issues ultimately fall on the driver. Someone posted that you could save up to 100lbs just by removing the passenger seat.

I wonder if they weigh the truck before loading it so they know how much it can legally carry

Some places do....beer, some paper places...I carry a single 20-pounder just to do light workouts.

The 240-pound dumbbell is in the drivers seat....

If the o.p. can press 200lb dumbells for reps...well I've never seen it. I would like to shake your hand-provided you don't break it. Really...if you can do that to hell with truck drivin for a few years-give pro powerlifting a shot..make a name...muscle mag endorsements=big $$...:)

I've seen drivers with a stationary bike in the cab. I saw a guy had a complete weight set, long bar and curl bar in his truck. As for you, if you need 200 lb curl weights, why not just lift the front of the truck a few reps, LOL

Bodylastics resistance bands. You can get sets up to 400 pounds resistance. I have a set, but I get lazy sometimes.

Would have posted a link, but it's a Canadian site. Don't know if they have US site.
