I wrote a review based on the truth and my experience at Windy Hill. Now if you guys want to listen to these racist white trash hypocrits, go right ahead. You guys know nothing about me.
You talk about how bad the younger generation is, when in your generation you know trucking was better over a decade ago. But you don't want to admit how different the job has changed now. And how bad some employers are. Everybody now a days are all for themselves. Screw with the younger generation, that's all you guys can think.

Like I said, a 6 month wonder. You state alot of mis-information in your "truth". As far as white trash racists...hmmm..sounds to me like you are the racist. You knew there was a year contract, you signed it before you even went out with a trainer. You knew what the pay scale was before you even started. As far as tearing up equipment, why should the company be held responsible for your poor decision making? It is a D.O.T. law that all accidents/incidents for a drivers previous three years be listed. Someday, if your trucking career continues, you will realize just how niave you have been. Good luck!

Oh... your one of "those guys" huh?? that explains it..frozen tundra Thanks this. -
No, not you. Read the post from "don't trust windy hill". He was calling his previous company a bunch of white trash racists.

You are exactly right.... I been with windy hill for a few years. I admit I run loose leaf... I also get miles! Old trucks... some... I started with the oldest truck in the fleet at the time didn't tear it up and now have one the the nicer newer trucks.... to many guys come here expecting money for nothing... the part about trainers.... a couple ours are bad but if u call Marshfield they will get u a different trainer although it may take a couple days for both to be in same place

Forget about them. I worked there 6 months. About 5 months too long. You will sit for hours on end waiting for dispatch after a load. Forget about going to a truck stop to wait it out. They're too cheap to let you drive to one even if it's close. They'll leave you sitting at receiver for hours after getting empty. They don't care if you're taking up space on someone else's property. If you get kicked out then they'll have you sitting on roadside with your flashers on for anywhere from a half hour to 6 hours. Then they want you to squeeze your truck in somewhere it doesn't belong so you God forbid don't go anywhere on their dime. Point out any concerns or disappointments regarding your treatment and you'll be ridiculed for being #####y or a whiner. You'll get plenty of resets sitting somewhere thousands or hundreds of miles from home. I Was out for a month and had 3 resets away from home. You'll get 2500 miles one week and 1200 the next. Around and around it goes.
