paper log or electronic logs?

    In 1977, the legal age for drinking was lowered in Illinois to 19 because of the comment of fighting for the country. It was for all drinks except the hard liquors which remained at 21. There were several other states this way as well.

    In 1984, federal laws were enacted to make it mandatory for the country to be 21.

    Except Iowa. I clearly recall returning from overseas and the drinking age for ALL drinks was at 18. That was done shortly after the voting age was lowered to 18 by amendment to the Constitution. Still remains an irony though.... they didn't raise the age it takes to get blown up with an RPG when they raised drinking age to 21. But then, the government would have been ham strung a little if they would have raised the age requirements to be deployed overseas. It is all about what benefits the government and nothing to do with actual safety or equality.
