    No I didn't. Just been running loads without it I grossed $357 with travel allowance I made $578 last week. Could it be pay for going in and out of NYC everytime? Western Express pays for that I believe.

    yeah unlike other companies...western express takes it upon their self to sign everyone up for per diem....
