Just a reminder that some of those, "California holes" are marked incorrectly, especially on older trailers. I've measured a few that were off by two holes, i.e. I could slide the tandems two holes farther back.

    jbizzle and GabeScott Thank this.

I'm doing well, Keith. Looking forward to coming back in a week or two. Hope you have some asbestos underwear if you're heading this way. Supposed to get to 105 tomorrow.

2nd load with FlowBelow system on truck. 3300+ miles from Florida to Washington. Had a piece of crap "R" trailer with no aerodynamic extras and was grossing out at 79600 lbs.

The results............drum roll please........... 7.61 MPG loaded and 7.70 MPG total.

Again, still way to soon to determine the effectiveness of system, but 2 heavy loads on 2 different "R" trailers, both near max gross and I'm pulling these kind of numbers......hmmm, I sure hope this continues.

    MachoCyclone and Stile Thank this.

Got to the Shell station last night for a delivery at Fred Myers in Puyallup. Limped over there and back off duty so I don't interrupt a 34 hour break. Got a pre-plan picking up down the road tomorrow going to Indiana. Starting off the week with a fresh 70 and a good run. I'm gonna shot for 8.5 MPG on this trip heading back east. We'll see.....

26,255 miles so far this quarter. Don't know if I am going to make the 30,000 mile minimum for the safety bonus. :biggrin_25525:

Hopefully I get a preplan tomorrow. Didn't get one today. But, hey, time to play Xbox with the kid.

Ah, don't think like that!! I got 25k and I'm at the house fooling with that stupid bumper and schooling my 9 year old on the rules of my truck before he gets in Thursday. I plan on making it and you should too!
