It really depends where you are at in NJ. It has been awhile since I have been over there but I always favored crossing the Outerbridge(1-287-440) Then over the Verrazano.

Four possibilities: Coming from the South, you have Outerbridge or Goethals. From the North, GWB or Tappan Zee. Coming South on I-95, you won't need to cross the Hudson.

Check Google traffic frequently if you're crossing during the daytime hours. Traffic will play a big part in your crossing choice, as will your delivery address within Brooklyn. Sometimes it makes sense to go miles out of the way instead of waiting for traffic to clear. Also study the NYC truck driver's map, and be sure to stick to the approved truck routes.

Flushing ave is easy to get to you gonna have to get to 440 and jump on 278 east or if you are coming from nj turnpike take it to exit 13 which is 278 east and take 278 east to exit 30 which is flushing ave and the first light you make a right on flushing ave and let me know when you get there i will meet you there at the home depot on dekalb ave lol that's my home i will bring you lunch and you paying lols

Everything that windsmith said, but this: be sure to stick to the approved truck routes is really important. Check and recheck before you start out. Good luck!

    forget the lincoln

coming from upstate NY, you come down the major deegan 87, and go across the whitestone bridge, van wyke expressway, to the LIE 495 WEST, to the BQE (south westerly direction) 278 to flushing avenue

height is not a problem in this route
