Fed up with my current employer so I'm asking my fellow drivers for suggestions.
Here's what I'm looking for.
1) A fridge
2) An APU
3) 11 western prefered(no Northeast acceptable)
4) $1200 gross weekly min.
5) home once every 2 or 3 weeks.
I live in Santa Cruz which is within 50 miles of the bay area and Salinas so getting me home shouldn't be a problem for most companies that run CA. I have both reefer and dry van experience. No real preference to either.
Any suggestions?
Time to move on looking for next employer suggestions

Northeast ain't that bad. Just hard to find parking but most of our customers allow us to hang out on their property.
-
Look at Crete I think they have western 11
-
Wow no money tree?
-
Did you even read my post? Crete doesn't have APU's or Fridges.

Why would I not shoot for the top? I've already got a crappy job, no need to go out and find a new crappy job. Looking for something good if I switch.knuckledragger Thanks this.

I think the refrigerator might be a bit much. With experience though, personally I recommend looking at smaller companies(might be tougher due to california) if you are wanting to stay OTR. Ask around with friends and what not. Another point to look at is average length of haul, that can compensate for some of the crappy pick ups or deliveries.

Wow you must be pretty desperate to be going to the Rent a job route. Hope it works out for you. Look forward to your complaints I mean adventures on the JCT thread if they give you a shot.

Lol, JCT doesn't have his #1 need lol refrigerator other than the trailer.
-
JCT has refrigerators in all the new 2014 Cascadias.
