Fed up with my current employer so I'm asking my fellow drivers for suggestions.

    Here's what I'm looking for.

    1) A fridge
    2) An APU
    3) 11 western prefered(no Northeast acceptable)
    4) $1200 gross weekly min.
    5) home once every 2 or 3 weeks.

I live in Santa Cruz which is within 50 miles of the bay area and Salinas so getting me home shouldn't be a problem for most companies that run CA. I have both reefer and dry van experience. No real preference to either.

    Any suggestions?

Northeast ain't that bad. Just hard to find parking but most of our customers allow us to hang out on their property.

Did you even read my post? Crete doesn't have APU's or Fridges.

Why would I not shoot for the top? I've already got a crappy job, no need to go out and find a new crappy job. Looking for something good if I switch.

I think the refrigerator might be a bit much. With experience though, personally I recommend looking at smaller companies(might be tougher due to california) if you are wanting to stay OTR. Ask around with friends and what not. Another point to look at is average length of haul, that can compensate for some of the crappy pick ups or deliveries.
