Curious what drivers do for cell phone communication when occasionally traveling into Canada. Prepaid options or do you just add international calling to your USA plan?
Canada cell for USA drivers?

Vonage mobile or google talk over WIFI ....
Tmobile roams up there but everyone says they stink in US...
some carriers you can add a plan for Canada , which is cheaper than roaming -
Verizon has a pretty good deal. $15 for 1000 minutes. My company also gives me a Canadian cell phone which seems to get a little bit better connection where I run(or atleast gets coverage when my verizon doesn't) but has an at&t card and goes between Rogers and Saskatel.

Just add the option to your existing plan. I've done that so I can call the UK. Think it cost me $3 mth. Chump change really.
warrior81 Thanks this.
