I have been hit by two 4-Wheelers in the last 6 years or so....One tried to pass me between the curb and my wagon in Austin....She tried to sue me....Yep...Her fault....But the insurance carrier settled...Pissed me off....Even the cop on the scene said she was wrong.....Oh well...

Sheit happens.....

Friend got hit in the rear end by a speeding driver who clipped him and they ended up rolling over in the median. One not wearing seat belt paralyzed. Commercial driver paid for the accident.

It was a rear end, I wonder why the TTR people do not speak against this.

 

That is why they invented dash cams. The scenario you portray is NOT what occurred in this wreck in NJ. That is why this driver is out on $50K in bail and will likely spend many years keeping Bubba & Skillet company in state prison..

Somebody changed lanes and suddenly stopped faster than the big loaded truck could and they met over it and someone not employed by the company anymore.

 

Then why create hypothetical accident scenarios? Any driver who intends to drive safely should have a dash cam to cover their butt.

 

Been mentioned before and just to get them to think.

Also, posted the link to the Walmart driver who died in Little Rock in March when the car backed down the interstate and he struck it and died. Lady still not charged, but probably will make money on the deal.
