Hi Wooly Rhino,
How are you?
What type of freight would you be hauling for your customers? Would your trucking company be OTR, LTL, or both?
Good luck to you! God bless you and your entire family!

Yea that's certainly your choice to make- either live high off the hog in debt (which is what they want you to do) or live sensibly and preserve your rights.Wooly Rhino Thanks this.

No you're not getting "radical." Your just starting to realize that the power is in the numbers. Ifpeople stick together and demand higher wages across the board, eventually they get them. That's what unions are all about. That and better protections and work conditions. But you don't necessarily need to sign a union card to get these thing; you just have to stick together and demand change.
For the life of me, I will never understand why some folks rail on about unions, yet complain that they can't get paid what amounts to union scale. But that's what happens when too many people adopt the "lone wolf" position. Everyone gets screwed.
It's very basic. Stick together and prosper or let them play divide and conquer with you living and way of life.Wooly Rhino and OPUS 7 Thank this. -
North of Boston. Not sure who has drop yards or terminals around here within 100 miles. Cannot bring the truck home.

False dichotomy.
