How fast does the planners suppose to plan these loads? This one I am on now is planned at 60mph.

It would be nice to have a little room on the load without having to run against the governor for 10-11 hrs a day just to make room.

Supposed to be 55 m.p.h.. The solution to that problem is simple. Run for economy and tell them you need a relay. Never let a load dictate your business practices or profit margin. They relay you and you keep going on a different load. You just have to insist on a relay though. After a few times, they'll get the hint.

I usually top off in Joseph City. The prices there are generally .10-.15 cents cheaper than Lake Havasu.

About a week ago, it was actually $3.53/gallon.

I can still run this load for mpg at 60. That would put at the consignee an hour early as long I do at least 600 miles today and tomorrow and start my clock right as soon as the 10hr break is done.

Well, load got swapped with a team that had too much time. So, heading to San Bernardino for tomorrow morning at Stater Brothers.

Nice Macho. My repair yesterday is really biting me in the rear.... pocket. Not so much for what it cost as what im losing in miles. My PTA was 7am this morning but my dispatch doesnt pickup till tomorrow at 6am. Worse, it doesnt deliver till Friday at 2000 in Dallas. This is after I had to turn down a trip because of my repair. Hopefully I can drop in Dallas Thursday evening and get something out of there that evening or friday morning.

Still no answer on my DPF filters either. I dont get why this is such a difficult question. A major service item like this should be easy to keep up with.

The stuff I ordered from the store has arrived at the yard (had it sent there because I go there 10x as often as I go home)

Can't complain about the delivery time!
