thats all fine and dandy.....but who can afford to speed anymore????
everyone i know has dropped to or below the speed limits -
I slowed down to 60 mph on the turnpike last week and people look at you like your skin is green with orange dots. All week long, did not save any gas 'cause someone siphoned about five gallons from my tank, going for locking gas caps tonight.

Their goal is to have every trooper pulling a vehicle over once every 5 minutes(no joke). I know troopers who have been told to issue up to 60 citations a day, the average citation only nets PSP about 12 bucks by the way except in the event of speeding in which they earn about 20. The rest pays for the 911 system, state computer systems and ambulances.

This is a hoax:
Google the headline " Pennsylvania will launch a 30 day speeding ticket frenzy" you will see this rumor has been used over and over and in almost every state.
In addition here are some PA Facts:
- PA does not have part-time state troopers.
- The min speed at which you can be cited for a regular speeding vio is 6 over.
- The current base fine for most traffic offenses is $25 plus costs. The grand total for these fines ends up being $108. Occasionally the costs go up .50 to a dollar every or every other year.
- No single fine is $173 ( except 25 over the limit which is $173)
- There is no 39:-3-29 in PA law.
- And although you cam be cited for not having your license etc on you....if you show it to the judge within 5 days of the stop...the ticket MUST be tossed out.
