I don't know, but personally don't think it is wrong to enjoy your work and ask for a referral. I am one that believes in working the incentives the company offers.
Not that I'm trying to teach anyone (sometimes I do but just trying to help) however, there is a lot of information to know out here and believe it is a win win if something I say and sharing my experience can help someone make a decision that can better their life.
Then after they choose they can use me as resource to possibly help them shorten the learning curve. It's all good! For the most part I'm on here to learn and share my experiences, I enjoy it here and if I have a chance to get referral then sure why not..
The referral bonus program is actually set up to help everyone if you really think about!

Seriously I feel the same way most of the time. The money's good but the lifestyle is better - even when I have to think really hard about where I am when I wake up in the morning. -
